Controller and contact

Your data controller is RECIST Teleradiologia Onkologiczna sp. z o.o., Aleja Jana Pawła II 27, 00-867 Warszawa, Poland, KRS 0001250757, NIP 5273225338. Contact kontakt@recist.pl or write to this address for privacy matters.

This notice covers browsing this website and contacting us by form or email. The form is for cooperation enquiries. Do not submit patient information, scans or medical records.

Enquiries and correspondence

We receive your name, email address, optional organisation, selected cooperation category and message directly from you. Providing data is voluntary, but we need contact details to reply. Our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and discussing cooperation is the basis for processing (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). Where you contact us on your own behalf to enter into a contract, pre-contractual steps rely on Article 6(1)(b). No marketing consent is required.

We retain correspondence while handling the matter and discussions. If it documents a contract or is needed to establish, exercise or defend claims, we retain it until the applicable limitation period expires, taking account of suspension or interruption. This is generally three years for business claims and six years for other claims; specific rules may provide different periods. Protecting claims relies on Article 6(1)(f).

Service providers and international transfers

Netlify, Inc. provides hosting and form processing, receiving submissions and technical data including IP addresses for delivery and abuse prevention. Authorised personnel, email and IT providers, and bodies entitled by law may also receive relevant data. Hosting infrastructure processes connection data such as IP address, request time, requested URL and browser information to deliver and secure the site (Article 6(1)(f)). Technical data is retained as needed to handle and investigate technical or security events under the provider's retention cycle.

Netlify uses infrastructure and subprocessors outside the EEA, including the USA. Transfer arrangements and safeguards, including standard contractual clauses, are described in the Netlify DPA and subprocessor information. Contact us for details or a copy of relevant safeguards.

Cookies and browser storage

This version does not use analytics or advertising cookies, marketing pixels or profiling tools. Fonts are served from this site's domain without browser connections to Google Fonts.

Only clicking “Got it” creates the localStorage entry recist_cookie_notice_v1, containing the notice version, acknowledgement and timestamp. We honour it for 180 days, then show the notice again. It is a technical preference, not an advertising identifier or consent to future tools. You may browse without clicking. Use “Cookie settings” in the footer to review or clear it, or remove site data through your browser.

If optional technologies requiring consent are introduced, we will explain their providers, purposes and durations and offer acceptance or rejection before activating them.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure and restriction, and data portability where GDPR permits. You may object to legitimate-interest processing on grounds relating to your particular situation. Where consent is the legal basis, you may withdraw it without affecting previous lawful processing. You may lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority, UODO. This website does not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing, including profiling.
